It’s been an amazing year for the book that I made with Zidrou, L’Obsolescence Programmée de nos Sentiments, which was released this Summer. It went into 3rd printing this Summer, we won the Prix Atomium Citoyenne 2018 and we are nominated for the Prix BD FNAC / FRANCE INTER 2019. Here’s an update!
During the Fête De La BD in Brussels this Summer, we won the PRIX ATOMIUM CITOYENNE 2018 for the best comic book about “society issues”. The jury was happy to see a book that deals with loneliness, love at old age and the retreat of older people from society.

But there’s more! We are also nominated for the PRIX BD FNAC / FRANCE INTER for the best comic book of the year. The longlist includes 20 titles, as chosen by the booksellers of FNAC. The 20 books are all amazing and it’s already a huge honour to be on this list. The votes are now open, and on January 8 the shortlist will be announced. The big winner will be announced January 16. I’m very proud and I congratulate all the nominees on the list!
